These are our shared beliefs and principles that help us to become well-rounded individuals, always considering others as well as ourselves. Little Seedlings Family Yoga
3:15 pm to 4:00 pm.
From November 2022 - June 2023
Here at Garden International School we are very excited to announce our new – FREE – Little Seedlings Family Yoga sessions, starting on Tuesday 15th November 2022.
Each session will be run by our very own Assistant Headteacher - Early Years Foundation Stage, Mr Nathan. Mr Nathan trained with Rainbow Kids Yoga, and is a certified children’s yoga instructor with experience in teaching yoga and mindfulness to children, teens and families.
Yoga is a great way for children to develop key life skills, in a non-competitive environment. Skills like co-ordination, concentration, balance, and focus; or even strength, flexibility, self-esteem, and self-confidence. We all need these skills every day, and imagine how much easier life could be if you started to develop them before you started school.
Each Little Seedlings Family Yoga session centres around the core values of fun, respect, fun, inclusivity, and FUN! There will be a loose ‘theme’ for each session, but we will use each other’s ideas and interests to build the lessons, using a mixture of yoga poses, story-telling, music and dance.
We look forward to seeing you at Little Seedlings Family Yoga!
