The IB Diploma Programme Curriculum
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is a challenging two-year course that comprises six subjects and the interdisciplinary core components of Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS) and the Extended Essay (EE).
During the programme, students study three subjects in depth at ‘Higher Level’, whilst maintaining a broad study in other areas at ‘Standard Level’, and choose from each of the six subject groups:
English and Thai Language and Literature, Studies in an Additional Language, Individuals and Societies, Mathematics, the Sciences, and the Arts.
The IB Diploma Core is studied alongside the main subjects and has three components; Creativity, Activity and Service (CAS), the Extended Essay (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (ToK), which gives students higher-level thinking skills, research experience and assessment practice, ensuring they are are well prepared for university.
Candidates may study towards either the full International Baccalaureate Diploma or the International Baccalaureate Courses.
Our IB1 and IB2 students also continue to take part in Physical Education lessons to build a healthy body and mind, have sessions on Personal, Social, Health and Economic education and are encouraged to become part of the Student Leadership Team.

During the IB Diploma Programme, our three dedicated counsellors provide guidance on post-secondary plans by encouraging students to explore their strengths and personality traits to locate careers that match their interests, abilities and values. They support students in locating relevant university courses, volunteering programs or employment opportunities that are the best fit for each student, before assisting them in completing and submitting applications and portfolios, preparing for interviews and studying for standardised tests such as IELTS or SATs.
